Description

1. Measures: the realized payout ratio for Master Pack = total market value (FMV) of every card pulled during the window ÷ (cards pulled × $1029.70 published EV per card). 2. Window: Sep 16 00:00 → Sep 20 00:00 UTC. Trading stays open through the window and closes when it ends — you can trade in-play as pulls happen. Only pulls inside the window count toward resolution. 3. Resolves YES if the ratio is strictly above 1.0 (the average pull beat the published EV); NO at 1.0 or below; VOID with full refunds if no cards (and so no expected value) are recorded in the window. 4. Source: Deadstock’s finalized, snapshot-verified pull statistics. Resolution lands once Deadstock finalizes the window (typically a few hours after it ends).
